Work Online from Home vs. Work Offline from Home
When it comes to employment from home, I’m speaking about being your own boss. There are really two options available to you – 1. work online from home or 2. work offline from home.
If you choose to work online from home, there are a number of options available to you ranging from professional blogging to being a power seller with E-bay to being a ghostwriter, to name only a few. If you choose to work offline from home, you may decide to provide childcare services, do direct marketing, and so forth.
It helps to figure out what type of employment from home that you want to have – work online from home or work offline from home.
Sometimes, it can seem like it is easier to start a home business that is not primarily done online, especially if you don’t know a lot about how to create websites, blogs, or how to market yourself online. However, there are a lot of advantages of working online such as bringing customers from all over the world to you, and creating joint ventures with others in the same field as you.
If you will be working online, then you can expect to require a computer. However, did you know that you do not need to know everything about HTML and CSS and so forth to begin working online? A lot of it you don’t even need to use and what you do need to know, can be learned as you go along, and there are a lot of good downloadable programs and resources on the internet that can help you tremendously with your efforts. I speak about a lot of these resources on this blog, so be sure to follow all the posts.
In my next post, I will speak about having a professional blogging business, and what that entails. I will speak about my mentor, Amy, who makes over $5000 every month simply through blogging.
I’ll see you soon…..
